Elizabeth Ridley is the author of five novels (most recently, “Searching for Celia,” Bold Strokes Books, 2015) and four co-written memoirs, including “Saving Sadie: How a Dog That No One Wanted Inspired the World” (with Joal Derse Dauer, Kensington, 2017) and the upcoming “IncrediBull Stella: How the Love of a Pit Bull Rescued a Family” (with Marika Meeks, Kensington, October 2019). She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in creative writing from The University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, where she studied under former Poet Laureate Sir Andrew Motion.
